Bella Swan Twilight Action Figure

NECA have released a set of four action figures as a tie in with the latest Twilight movie, New Moon. One of these is the Bella Swan Twilight Action Figure. Bella is a central character in all the books and movies of Twilight. She is the main female character and basically gets herself involved in the love triangle with a vampire and a werewolf...yikes, things could get awkward.

NECA have specialized in New Moon merchandise for a while now. This include all sorts of things from cards, games, toys and even jewelry. They are licensed by Summit Entertainment to produce these items.
 
The Bella Swan Twilight action figure is a decent representation of the character in the movie. It also looks a bit like the actor Kirsten Stewart who plays Bella in the movie. The figure has tight blue jeans and a gray top/singlet. It has long brown hair. The face seems a bit course or heavy by comparison to Kirsten but I guess it's okay. I'm not sure if you would recognize it as a Twilight character unless you were told about it but then I am probably not as fanatical about the Twilight series as some people.

The action figure is 7 inches in height, it has jointed shoulders so that the arms can move about.

At the moment this action figure retails for $13.05 which represents a 23% saving (at time of writing). That seems like a decent price to me.

It would be the great gift for Christmas or any other occasion. Anyone keen of the Twilight movies wouldn't grumble if you bought them this action figure. They would probably be even happier if you got them the whole set. This figure is sold separately or can be packaged together with the other 3 Twilight dolls or action figures. The other 3 are Jacob Black, Edward Cullen and Alice Cullen.

These figures are ideal for collectors. They also come with clear plastic packaging so that a keen collector can view the figures without having to take then out of the wrapper.

Background on Bella Swan.

Bella is a 17 year old teenager in the first book of Twilight. The series tells the tale of her relationship with a vampire and all the trials and tests that they have to endure to make the relationship work. And these trials are pretty formidable. They both risk death on more than a few occasions. They travel over continents to save each other and are exposed to all sorts of dangers.

Bella is the protagonist of all the novels. She is retelling the tale and most readers are asked to identify with her and follow her on this journey. Due to the immense success of the books, I would say that the readers do connect with her and feel her highs and lows throughout the story.
